FAQ

Can you tint my boat or ATV?

We specialize in automotive window tint application only.

AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Leave windows up for 48 hours to allow the film to cure and adhere to the glass properly. Allow for a longer dry time during the colder and cloudy months.

To mitigate the risk of pulling the film loose, avoid using defrost, hot water or pressurized carwashes, and cleaning the inside of your windows for one week.

After that time period, we recommend an ammonia-free glass cleaner and a soft cloth for the best result. (Have you ever tried Sprayaway Glass Cleaner? It’s hands down the best window cleaner in our opinion.) Anything abrasive will scratch the film.

The moisture remaining between the film and the glass after installation can cause a hazy, streaky, blotchy appearance. You may also notice “bubbles” which is just water trapped between the film and the glass. When the water evaporates completely (often after a few days), your windows will have excellent clarity.

Unfortunately, a few things are out of our control including seat belt chips and preexisting flaws. Try to use caution when taking your seat belt off, small chips can be made in the film due to the seat belt hitting the glass as it’s released.

Perfection is our goal on every vehicle. However, some degree of dust contamination and/or minor imperfections are present in every window film application, and any preexisting flaws, scratches, and metal deposits on the glass are often much more noticeable after the windows are tinted.
